When dis-ease shows up in your life, it is often a door opener that brings unexpected opportunities to live more in alignment with a life you’ve been dreaming of.
I use expressive and body movement approaches that combine together contemplative and meditative practices from Mindfulness, Self-Compassion, Movement Therapy, Qi gong, Yoga, and Energy Psychology using Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping).
